Week one I was down almost 2.5lbs and now i'm on week four and hitting my weekly goals. The numbers on the scale are going down but where I am really seeing results is in the body measurements. The Journal has helped me keep on track and make the changes I needed in order to achieve my 12 week goals! I can’t wait for the next six weeks!
I have been using the journals since the very first edition last year and I have lost 11kg. It helped me keep track of my workouts, the calories I was consuming and reminded me to drink 2l of water a day, something I never did before. I am so grateful for this journal. Thank you Louise ;)
I've been overweight most of my life but I became very depressed when on Erasmus for a semester. I'm an emotional eater and my weight just spiralled out of control. One of my friends recommend the fitness journal and so I decided to give it a try. I'll be honest, I didn't make a huge amount of progress in the 12 weeks physically BUT it did give me my sanity back. I was able to look back on the journal and see , that actually, I am doing better than I think.
Seven weeks after I had reconstructive surgery in my leg, I knew it was time to slowly start moving again. The journal helped me to recover faster and remember that I only have to compete with myself. I am on my own specific journey so am I better than 'yesterday'. Planning can give you such a piece of mind. Louise, thank you for such a perfect journal!
